A second case of sexual harassment has been filed against Geography Professor Rajneesh of PC Bagla College. A victim anonymously sent a complaint to the Women’s Commission and the Superintendent of Police, alleging that the professor exploited female students under the pretense of helping them pass competitive exams and secure jobs.
The professor is accused of making obscene videos and photos of the students and uploading them to a website. The first complaint was registered on March 13, while the second was received on March 16. The police investigation revealed that the professor assaulted multiple students at the college premises and his residence. Due to fear of social stigma, none of the students have come forward publicly.
Current Status:
The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. Efforts are being made to contact the victim to record her statement while protecting her identity.
